    I think they're only reaching out to T20 holders.
    I wont disclose the terms as I'm not supposed to.

    I will say sending me an email and following up with a call on the final day of the raise is a bit odd.
    How the f@!# and I supposed to come up with any reasonable funds to pay them with 4 hours to spare.

    Also, I hope most of the shares go to the TSXV listing.
    If they do not, I take it as a failure of the TSXV listing initiative.
    Again, why are they ringing me? eek.png
