    I don't think BYE would make an important Announcement on its website before OEL made an Announcement on the ASX , for a well they are jointly funding .They will make the Announcement at more or less the same time .
    Usually the operator makes the Announcement just a little earlier but maybe things will be different with one a non listed public company .
    A very materially announcement for both businesses .
