They owe it to their backers to bring in the best deal as well. Have a look at the cornerstone investor that took a stake in Giralia (GIR) the year before least at around $1.35. The shares then plummeted to around 30c, they did not sell - now they are $3 - they are laughing but still have not sold out - they see the big picture. These are strategic placements, not fly by nighters.
