How do you know how much time has been given to discrimination issues or about workplace seminars on gender ?
I think I saw one twitter post to do with a seminar on female leaders but that was hardly a waste of time … and given the sh*t that’s come out recently about MIN and channel 9 harassment and bullying I think it’s entirely appropriate AVL takes its’ place as a member of the ‘new energy’ contingent in ALL ways !
Ie given increasing focus on equality it’s a great thing if AVL is giving some bandwidth to issues especially now before the ‘on’ button is pressed .
As far as redundant staff goes …

And do you expect whomever you eject via your expert back seat driver pov to just wait around until things heat up and they are invited back to their position here ?
I can tell you are infuriated, but direct it at the authorities who have delayed this project and the appellant who
stopped EPA approval rather than making pointless negative assumptions about the company !
And if you really are that negative then practise what you preach and sell your shares . There’s plenty of other opportunities around and if you ever want to buy them back it would probably be a lot easier than re-hiring a member of staff here!
Personally I am feeling a bit frustrated too but that’s
mainly because my buy order in the 1.5c queue is taking a long time to move forward despite the strong volume we have been seeing in the last week or so :/
Having invested fairly significantly in this company I
get the need to vent some sad sack moans but not if it misrepresents the company !
