    Take a Deep Breath and stop trying to panick people.

    I recently purchased a property @ a mere 500k that had a proposed settlement date that was delayed 3 days due to some minor descrepancies of the seller and agent....

    Surely you could understand that a $200,000,000 sale may also have some minor discrepencies...
