My personal guess is they were waiting for the revised mine plan which they may have received around 30th sept ( for that reason they agreed to extend tafta for 12 months).
Next three months A Pit reshape and from Jan 25 we are at full speed (they estimated bigger jumps on the production figures).
We will know a lot from Qtrly as well as updates plus exploration results due soon as they already started according to Ann.
