The evidence that they aren't is proven by looking back at the past 3 years of announcements ... "finance is imminent", "advanced negotiations with multiple parties", "expedited finance"...
Their SA money man quit, unable to secure anything. A professional money man.
Sorry but you're basing everything on false assumptions here, which are contradictory with the proof of time.
BTW if inflation was coming down, so would gold.
