As background, I have been a holder for over 10 years.
I have been disillusioned with the company’s performance over a number of years.
The person who I would endorse if he put his name forward at the AGM is Martin Pavlik.
This knowledgeable gentleman was an original holder and, I think, would be a valuable, independent and informative addition to the board on behalf of most shareholders.
I hope he reads this post.
