Overall this looks good, $16m CAD is impressive.
The assumed price is decent considering where we've been trading the last few months.
Most raises in Canada are still attaching a half warrant, to see none here is very encouraging.
I feel as though the Charity Flow Through could have been done at a better premium though.
SCP handled the FT portion, I'd like to say they're mining focused so hopefully they found some sticky shareholders who won't dump after the 4 month hold.
