Interestingly was this statement
“Victoria is the only state to have banned solar waste from landfill, leading to reports of stockpiling by energy companies looking to avoid recycling."
Definite opportunity exists there for MTM to exploit this. Energy companies could pay them to take them off their hands, plus MTM can extract the metals- if commercially viable.
