asx companies can only issue 15% of their total capital over a rolling 12 month period..so since they already did an issue in feb they want the ability to raise an additional 10% before feb making my argument for next year raise look week..if approved late nov we could have a raise before end of year. .would allow them to hit the ground running for next reactor in the new year. ideally it would come alongside the anticipated declaration of a successful testing program.
