Please dont feel any guilt regarding your earier friendly persuasion for me to hold for the JV. You helped me live a little and not sell out at my pre-concieved figure.
And now look where we are 7.4c and apparently set to keep moving up.
If I'd exited at 7c I would now feel much regret,so I thank you my friend.
