So 12 December 2024 is the day we get delisted from the ASX.
According to the September Quarterly CSE has $4.2 mill cash. Not enough to do anything with as the directors have milked all the franked dividends out.
Do us shareholders get to share in the $4 mill at winding up? From what I read we are still subject to ASIC disclosures, for what they are worth. I imagine the direcors cannot just take the cash.
