I mean there is a hard committment from ECE on the table to underwrite a share package @ .345 and Mark give away shares at a 27.5% discount to some of his 'friends' that are - of course - not disclosed. This means a 514,000$ present to some greedy short term holders in Perth. If such behaviour is not illegal it is at least unethical.
