Besides a powerball win. The great white hope for paying FAS shareholders would be to start by sacking all of the current board. Then we can bring in an independent board of experienced exploration/mining people. Only with a fully independent board will FAS attract real investors wanting to invest. FAS need to drop off all its dud tenements, cut directors fees and before future tenements purchases, seek third party tenement feasibility/valuations. No investor with any sense would want current management which has lead to the majority of money being used just to top up mates Christmas funds.
Obviously that cant happen because the puppetmaster controls around 65% of FAS. As seen with the 2008 GWR agm fight this is unless of course yet again the puppetmaster screws over one of the mates and looses his controlling say. Other than that FAS may as well be a bear in a cave in wintertime (hibernation).
