Howdy cn4588. Depends how you define Takeover - control or buy out ? Just as a wild guess I am thinking off the back of TB recent post uncovering of significant recent buyers most likely whoever involved will want to retain the public entity so more likely a controlling interest rather than complete take over. My bias is to look at the sunny side. If I am wrong then very best payout likely to be no more (and good chance less) than 2 cents in which case I (among many) will have a tax loss for the year. Well at least something is happening - has to be a good thing one would think !! GLTAH
