I haven't ever been invested in a PH play and it's likely I never will. It's not my job to deride him for the egregious treatment of retail holders.
Since listing, PH has paid himself $1,039,299.
During that time, CHM has spent $35,474,712 on R&D. I'm not sure what the guy's tax liabilities have been, but assume the entire $1.03m was taxed at the highest marginal tax rate of 45% ($570k in hand) and he's effectively just acquired himself an additional >$5m of that CHM R&D spend for $430k out of pocket - and this was after positive trial results were announced. It doesn't matter how great the opportunity is if you never get to see any of the upside.
