google maps powered by nearmap via sensis?

    IPR People,

    There was a bit of talk on the internet in the last week that google maps has crossed to Sensis to provide the mapping data.

    Does anyone have an opinion on what implications this might have for Nearmap in light of the Sensis/Nearmap arrangements?

    I know that since 2008 Sensis have been collaborating with Google but this appears to be a deeper provision of services now.

    I will have a dig around on the weekend and see if I can get anymore information.
