The very fact that management is floating this kind of thing, rather than focusing 100% on getting the plant ready, tends to me to mean their head is not fully in the game. Although it's possible they can walk and chew gum at the same time (now!)

It's nearly as bad as the F*rs voting themselves free option which is what I see in some others.
BOE did it then sold a decent amount in the market guess who copped the consequenses.
