No need to sell - things generally are never as bad as the doomsayers say it is. Nor is the whole market the same. Not to mention I don't really give a rats what happens in the next few years as I get a good rental return right now and I invest for the long term 20/30 years plus - even then I probably won't sell as the income will provide my retirement.
