The funds would be paid by the members as they did before.
The software is principally for the reconciliation procedures.
Like I said, if they were already processing the payments, then they'd say so. The fact that they haven't said 'we are' processing the payments flow between Cap and its members tells me that the payments part wasn't included in the trial they've done.
