I think it's more to do with the timing of CHR must but the 30% of Bynoe, and the JV discussion with CXO.
think about this why didn't they raise more money, for the same amount of new shares if the CR is at 6-7c they will raise around $2.7m, why do they go for the partly paid share option which we only pay $0.02 now and $0.1 later? and total cost of CR is at 12c which is premium to recent s/p.
if they use current cash to pay $500k then the cash position will be low.
