Looking back on six previous recommendations that most came with the buy up to no more than 30% above previous close, all seem to have opened the next day at that magic 30% level or just above. Nice work if you can get it and seems a remarkable coincidence every time! Oh to be an insider. Would the same result have happened if the good Dr left off the percentage rec. and let investors make up their own mind??
