fair enough! Here’s the short of it:

- KPI driven performance bonuses for user base etc (1Million person audience as example)
- signs deal with Verizon = KPI ticked = performance bonus achieved.

- rinse and repeat with TATA Group

- 1 Billion shares on issue
- goes bust
- USA owners walk away after being paid exec fees on a small startup thanks to the cash of Aussie investors.

Different sector, I get it. But same mentality applies in every startup.
