To me it looked entirely like management saw what happens when results are not forthcoming when another company shut down their whole program and let staff go, and decided to make sure they had some time security. You can argue all day about why, maybe they want to go into discussions from a strong financial standing but that is also crap, the results will or won't make that happen. If we had not a penny but held the only working drug, who would be holding upper hand? It was and is a crap raise and someone already holding looks to have sold as many as they could above 8 cents to pocket a win.
