Because the BOD are incompetent and had nothing of substance to pump the SP with.
We all knew a CR was coming (gotta keep the trough full).
What they do with the funds is the important thing now. If they carry on chasing lithium overseas, then QXR will be dead.
All investors need to grill this BOD at the AGM and get some semblance of accountability from the parasites - the whole thing's beyond a sick joke.
