    Yes. It is a big risk. And with that risk comes the backup plan. Who knows what that is?

    A bigger risk though is PE coming along when they are skint and desperate with a deal to fund them through to world domination. There would be huge dilution. If you need your funds in the next 5 - 7 years I wouldn't be putting any more in.
