Yep, agree with everything you've said "general exploration" sounds like the same vague and blind approach which makes QXR look every bit the lifestyle company it is.
The money QXR are raising won't go far. I don't like that they're still pursuing lithium because companies that are currently producing and selling lithium are in the red. The days of explorers finding lithium and sky high SP's are over at present and for the foreseeable future. China controls and is destroying lithium prices.
QXR are well and truly behind as far as Gold exploration goes, yet they're still half-heartedly pissing about with trenching. This BOD doesn't know how to read the Market or apply forward thinking - talk about missing the bus!
Fair dinkum Gold exploration and solid results would certainly lift the SP and get new investors like myself interested enough to take a punt.
Those aims you listed from the terms sheet sound wishy-washy and insufficient and are not going to improve the disastrous SP - in fact they will probably contribute to further decline in the immediate future.
All IMO.
