    I just went off the annual cashflows, $8mil could be too low of a burn but Pulse sales will replace the traditional devices.

    And the revenue model in this slideshow, page 4.

    $600 per device per annum, 85% margin.

    Eg 20,000 devices = $12mil revenue, $10.2mil gross profit. 20,000 would be close to breakeven based on historical cashflows. First production run of 8,000 will go a long way if the revenue model is accurate.
