By my quick look at trades 500,000 shares traded this week and pushed the price up nicely.
It looks like the usual suspects are active again, that's the substantial holder notices we have seen in the past 6 months.
Now I recall a substantial post recently on how a takeover bid evolves, -
1. Start by mopping up cheap sales on the open market, often through friendly or associated companies.
2. Start talking to major holders to test purchasing their holdings.
3. Launch a bid at a low price, grabbing any discounted offers.
4. Wade through negotiations and price bargaining.
So we will wait and watch, a possible announcement before the AGM ?.
