I believe that once the share price hits 2.3c, this would be the optimal time to exercise this subscription, granting MJ Ratta Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the M and J Ratta Trust 250 million shares.

In my opinion, these shares could potentially be sold to WHA Holdings at a premium.

Marks Investment has already increased from $350,000 to over $800,000, further has has the option to acquire a further 250 million esr shares while holding Spargoville as some kind of security
