    At 2.4c, the $5 million subscription option by MJ Ratta Investments Pty Ltd at 2c, or the 20% discount on the ten-day VWAP (which ever is cheaper) begins to diminish.

    Please please please refer to Estrella's announcement from September 2nd, it all their!

    Ratta holds the keys here. But does Ratta have the funds? Will they exercise their subscription at 2.3c when the deal is at its most lucrative state?
