    They'll be issued late November at which point you can trade them as you see fit. If you take up the offer you receive both POD stock and POD options. The options are a right to buy more stock at 6c, which expires Dec 2026. You could exercise them and buy the stock at 6c, or simply trade the option on the open market prior.
