    Trading halt for CR outcomes seem to be a new item but this CR was fully underwritten and the 1mil extra shortfall placement subscription might have made the guys go for trading halt.. but even if the 1 extra mil goes unsubscribed that doesn't warrant a TH, whereas the possibilities of going over subscription in current market condition doesn't sound likely
