I wouldn't worry to much at this time Sushi, SSN is treated more like a real estate company by the market now. And I'm sure you don't believe in the efficient market hypothesis nonsense.
Once the delays with fraccing are sorted and a few more wells are drilled they will be cash flow positive in 2011 and the sp will be rerated. Watch for another rerating when there is more Niobrara well flow data released publicly by Chesapeake and others. I think your comparisons are more suggestive that your other examples are more likely to be fully valued......and.... SSN is the more compelling buy currently. I would be happy if over the next month or two the SSN sp remained flat so that I can accumulate more.
