Well it’s simple Woodside have agreed with drillship for Pel 87 this something they a not required to advise PCL of but makes perfect sense to book one for when they do farmin also it proves Woodside are not farming out and will proceed with well 1 why would they not after all the success in Namibia since they agreed to perform seismic tests , PCL know and are hoping to announce in the quarterly that will be late as possible in the hope they have something positive to say but I believe they will say nothing until the license is issued from MME

Announcements of that nature do come out in Quarterlies and Annual reports, how hard is this to understand?
