Still, the total volume today is only 280k. If there are ready sellers with large share parcels out there waiting for better prices, this little spike should have brought them out a bit don't you think? the low volume probably is a sign that the selling from placement just a bit over 12 months ago might have passed. So buyers might need to run up SLR a bit more to get their fill.
Just my wild guesses. Could be wishful thinking.
