Unhedged This is not just particularly addressed to you BUT Since the last EGM a lot of crap has been written and discussed on this forum And a lot of it is for a small groups own agenda
FACTS RB inclusive of some previous directors obtained HI 24 after success, board restructuring occurred to advance the company further (All agreed upon) All ETES assets have been recommended by RB not TS TS was put in place by RB to takeover at a point of time (The point in time was the issue)
RB has a 100% track record with every asset Leased, farmed out and drilled to date on behalf of ETE, the 4 minority share holders with broker clients managed to get 79m shares against RB at the EGM and the only comment they could come up with at the EGM when grilled on their reasons and plans for the future were, marketing, promotion and surrounding asset value sales (IE market Cap comparisons), which continually amuses me as the sales are different areas not so close to us (Get a map) The 4 believe that ETE should have a market cap a lot higher but voted him out and this is based on 100% success rate Great producing assets GOM Great potential value in Niobrara, (US companies are screaming out to get into this area) RB put TS in play to take over It doesnt make sense, you believe your company should be higher pricing so vote out the guy who built the whole thing OH yeh they had no plans after that day at the EGM, there plan started and stopped the same day
On TS he is young, keen and willing to work and progress this Niobrara and as a shareholder I want him to succeed if ETE gets that chance in its own right Just be factual in your comments and let TS make his own fame and fortune not on the back of previous board members at this point in time he has not even started
Sub Note Graham Riley has recently been appointed board member at TEX Graham Riley is or was a large shareholder in ETE and a good friend or associated with 1 of the 4 share holders at the EGM It could be interesting if they use that 79m shares to get hold of ETE Maybe, dont know just trying to understand a reason for their self indulgent actions at the EGM with no further plan when grilled Time will tell?
