Some thoughts for discussion... and what do people think about ARDO?
ARD is looking better and better. I firmly believe that USN, while a major holder, was hindering our ability to raise funds. All of a sudden we can raise money from PIs. @ 16c! which is not bad.
Each ARD share now has a defacto option on .54 of a USN worth say 7c. An unknown is what happens to USN sp when ARD holders get allocated 30% of USN shares. Many wont want to hold causing USN sp to drop. Also ARD is about to give a 7c 'div'. but once ARD go ex 'div' the sp of ARD could possibly drop by same amount.
These predictions exclude what is happening with both Bullant (for USN) and Kempfield for ARD
This leads me to ARDO. New strike price looks to be about 16c but to get the USN allocation you would have to convert. To me, if you currently hold ARDO it would certainly be worthwhile exercise. ARD are looking to receive a serious cash injection from this conversion. But i would not be buying ARDO atm because of this same situation. you may as well just buy ARD right now.
If ARDO holders see things as i do above then ARD could be looking at serious $s coming in early next year from conversions to get the USN allocation.
