Scotty,
It is a very good point that you made about the appointments of Mary Katherine Wold and Marc Firestone.

There were some negative comments on this thread in the last few weeks claiming that the capital raising was to pay for all the high priced executives.
Yesterday Alan stewart said that Mary Katherine Wold and Marc Firestone were not there for the miserly $40,000 that UNS were paying them, in fact he stated that Marc Firestone earned $11million So $40,000 for him would be only a token amount.
AS also said that Pennsylvania was not the greatest place to live in the US but all the executives had left good jobs and moved their families to Pennsylvania.
