In the recent G-BA meeting, there was lengthy discussion about " Standard of care" and "Off-label use". And finally they voted it all in, with 10 for and 2 abstain ( 12 votes) incl the chairman. - So I very much think, given they expressed their agreement with off-label use, and signed of the trial directive, this now means NUB stakeholders, hospitals and patients have an additional layer of safety for the go ahead pre-trial conclusion, aka for start immediately. this is my personal interpretation. - But as always, ask your fin. advisor
