Agree. I'm very critical of George and Tom, mainly around lack of progress. It's pathetic tbh. We have some of the best land in WA imo. The lithium is there undercover, Graphite at 14.4% TGC which is amazing, and hell maybe even nickel lol.
They don't have big salaries nor performance shares etc. Its so low it's kinda strange, and this is after Tom giving himself a MASSIVE pay rise recently.
Soil samples and rock chips for years. ZZZzzzz
But I would rather pay a MD better, and have stretch target performance shares than have a BOD that does nothing. We have the goods just need a BOD to be proactive and go get it. Dusko gets paid well along with big performance shares, nobodys complaining over there!
Tom first used Azure results to promote ERW nickel nearology. Then BUX to promote his graphite nearology. Then AZS to promote his lithium nearology and now RDN to promote his lithium nearology.
Can he do anything himself?
