Of course it could break to the downside. My view, technically, is that we are getting towards the end of Wave 2 in Elliot wave speak with wave 3 nearly upon us. Perhaps an announcement shortly of new orders could be the catalyst. Whatever the case, as I said, something HAS to give shortly.
