Issue will be the liquidity hurdle I think. LiquidityStrict liquidity requirements ensure the index maintains accurate pricing. Relative liquidity is calculated: Relative Liquidity = S t o c k M e d i a n L i q u i d i t y M a r k e t L i q u i d i t y Stock Median Liquidity: Median daily traded value divided by the average market capitalization for the last six months.Market Liquidity: Market capitalisation weighted average median liquidities of all companies in the All Ordinaries index.Stocks require a minimum relative liquidity of 30%. Is this drops to 15%, the stock is removed in the next rebalancing.
