As we are looking for a partner to buy in, there will be more shares offloaded to that investor, therefore diluting Poscos 19.99%.
Posco will have to chip in 25% of whatever a partner chips in to keep there 20% stake.

poscos 30mill.
adds 150mil.
parner hold 120/150mil = 80%
posco 30/150 = 20%
that what im refering to that they can at a maximum only put in the total of 30mil if a partner raises 120mil.
if i partner puts in 40mil, then posco can only put in 10mil or else they go over ther 20%.
