In the September quarterly released today EGR has informed the market that:

Special Mining Licence (SML) proceeding to grant through the Tanzanian Government process, has been signed by the Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee and ready for Ministerial Cabinet approval.Once granted the SML will replace the existing ML.

Q1. Does anyone other than me consider this to be achievement of an important milestone for the Company?

The June quarterly which reports April 2024 – June 2024 makes no mention of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee having signed the Special Mining Licence

The Annual Report reports July 2023 – June 2024 makes no mention of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee having signed the Special Mining Licence

Therefore, I deduce that the Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee signed the Special Mining Licence in July, August, or September 2024.

Below is the EGR daily share price chart. Sitting on $0.08 having dropped from a high in excess of $1.10.

After receiving a spanking at the 2022 AGM the Directors committed to new and improved shareholder communications.

Q2. Given this dismal share price performance, in a world that is hurtling madly towards a battery powered future, does anybody think it was unimportant to share with holders and the market the fact that more than a month ago the Tanzanian Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee signed the Special Mining Licence. It is only the single most important aspect of the entire project currently.

In this last two years EGR has been removed from the ASX All Ordinaries Index. Despite this the directors have seen fit to supplement their generous incomes with literally millions of performance rights.
