    Even though I am bearish on WHC, I agree, dividends are unlikely to be that low (unless the coal price drops off a cliff). I'd be factoring maybe 15c at the Feb results. Next FY, could do another 15c. Any broker trying to accurately trying to predict dividends 2 years out, let alone commodity prices, is kidding themselves.

    FWIW Goldman Sachs said back at the end of May 2022 that the Lithium bull market was over, and that prices would recover in 2024. To be fair, lithium prices remained elevated for another 6 months before crashing down. Now, they've got about 2 months left to see if those prices "recover".

    I guess my point is, I dont think anyone should be using broker reports as anything more than a bit of information, but nothing exceptionally worth your time.

    If you'd taken their advice, you'd have experienced a cool 50% decline.
