I guess as I said in my previous post we are all making assumptions, unless we the know exact terms of the arrangement then its truly hard to know the exact state of play.
Im certainly not hearing "Gus" and other knowledgeable HC contributors that seem to be to concerned,, where as opposed to Rockwell management saying No to its shareholders to a hostile takeover. We need investment in order to help PEN grow, which in the longer term will help everybody. So one would assume this is more favorable arrangement,
Theyre so many positives things that I like about PEN research of PEN energy and the Nuclear industry in general and Im quite comfortable where I sit; hence why I say constantly always do your research as you need to form your own views or opinions
Im more then happy to be corrected on any of the above points
