A Spill Resolution was put to Shareholders at the 2023 annual general meeting. However, this Spill Resolution was not carried. In accordance with section 250U of the Corporations Act, the strike count has been reset for the 2024 annual general meeting." and this was one of our downfalls. People didn't go thru with their no votes.
I'll be voting No on all accounts. Short and Long term invectives for Spinks and Co are not appropriate IMO. Even if we gave them the benefit of the doubt - communication (in general) and work ethic (from some directors) is well below 0, it never improved.
I'll vote No - this is the only chance to save this sinking ship
