If you’re worried about carbon from energy we have a solution, it’s called nuclear. Most of the developed world use it too, except Australia, the backwards country.

Again, until the rest of the world changes it’s pointless. You’re merely transferring operations, businesses, manufacturing, jobs and taxes from Australia to say China who does not have the same laws or stupidity/ costs of business as Australia. The same demand for those heavy industries such as smelting still exist…. Just because you can’t see it in Australia as we shut it down, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Merely transferring emissions offshore to China thinking your %^*+ doesn’t stink. We are one world and all share it. Equally remember consumption overall is going up globally, more and more joining middle class.

I’m pro the environment, but not pro stupidity. A lot of this is stupidity.
